If you were planning on picking up a PSP Go for that special physical-media-phobic someone in your life, you might want to hurry over to Amazon where (today only) the purchase of a PSP Go will net you a bonus $50 to spend in Amazon’s PlayStation Network store however you like.
Just make sure that the recipient spends their new loot the right way: on the Andy Dick PAIN DLC — twenty five times! No, we don’t care if they have a PS3 or not, they’re missing the point.

If you hope to save all of your footsteps for entry into Personal Trainer: Walking — really make them count by having them tabulated by a video game — this Amazon deal is perfect for you. The game, with two Activity Meters, is Amazon’s Deal of the Day for $29.98.
You may have to do some uncounted walking to pick it up (trips to the mailbox or the front door, a small amount of day-to-day movement until it arrives), but at least you don’t have to walk around a store to pick it up, dooming yourself to several steps that don’t contribute to a running total on your DS.

No, you can’t pirate it to get it cheaper, but what you can do is head over to Amazon.com to make your purchase. Amazon is already selling Left 4 Dead 2 at $54.99, but on top of saving that $5, when you order from amazon, they will give you a $10 game credit back. That technically makes the price $44.99 for this game.
Sounds like a great deal to me, that’s $15 you’ll save overall and $15 extra someone will spend buying it somewhere else.

Grand Forks, North Dakota is a small city with a population just over 51,000 — a large portion of which are students at the University of North Dakota — that’s tucked within a much larger rural portion of the state. It’s not the first city to come to mind when you think of prestigious national honors in the technology sector. However, according to online retailer Amazon, which has been vigilantly tracking the geographic location of Modern Warfare 2 pre-orderers, it’s currently the Call of Duty-est town in America.
Amazon will continue to rank American cities based on per capita Modern Warfare 2 pre-orders until the game is released, and has agreed to ship a $5,000 gift card to a charity of its choosing which serves the winning town. We hope Grand Forks manages to hold its top position in the rankings, if only because it desperately needs something to put on its city limits signs. You know, something more inspiring than “Welcome to Grand Forks: We’ve Got a Pretty Good College, Here, We Guess.”

If you didn’t pick up Ratchet & Clank’s latest adventure yet, you’re in luck. Amazon.com is selling the game for an already-discounted rate of $49.99. But, with coupon code ratchet3, you’ll be able to get an additional $5 off. With free shipping and no sales tax in most states, you’ll be able to pick up A Crack in Time for $44.99 — 25% off the current retail price. For such a new game, this is a really sweet deal.
Most likely, you’ll have to rush to take advantage of this promotion. And unlike Clank, you probably don’t wield a staff that lets you rewind time just in case you miss this opportunity.
